What I Ate Wednesday #33 {Food Journal Week}
For a few reasons, I’ve decided to take a week, clean up my eating and keep a food journal again. At one point, I kept a journal for almost a full year. I learned a lot from the process, but ultimately decided to get away from counting everything and rely on my knowledge and experience to maintain my weight.
Here’s what I ate {full disclosure food journal}:
Highlights:
1. I’m eating a lot more protein than I thought! While it explains the muscle definition, I will probably scale it back a little bit.
2. I heart salmon.
3. For 3 days now, I’ve been resisting dessert and the food journal DEFINITELY helps me resist. I’m not resisting forever – only for a week. Then it’s Halloween!
