Feeling scared is one thing people don’t really talk about when they are searching for an accountability coach. It’s easy to focus on the bright and shiny newness of a customized plan with someone who’s going to keep you on track. It’s harder to deal with that little voice of fear that might be chirping in your ear.

The truth is: in between the wins and thrills of checking off your first goal or realizing your priorities have shifted for good, you’ll have days where it’s hard.

As your accountability coach, I’ll meet you where you are and hold your hand while you take the first steps along your journey.

You’ll choose 3 things to focus on each week and check in to make sure you’re staying on track. I’ll help you see the simplicity and ease around your goals as well as push you to do more than you currently believe you can do. You’ll be able to see your progress, so you’ll be excited to go to the next level.

My goal is to help you weave healthy habits into your life so you’ll create lasting change. You’ll become someone who easily sets goals and achieves them instead of someone who struggles to make any time for self care. You’ll transform from someone who says “I don’t know if I can do this.” to someone who knows “I got this!”
