Healthy Isn’t Hard {How to Boil Eggs}

In talking with people, I hear several phrases over and over again.

“I’m too busy to eat healthy.”

“Eating healthy isn’t convenient”

“I’m not sure what “healthy” is.”

I’m here to convince you that Healthy Isn’t Hard!

It’s actually pretty simple.

One of my favorite healthy snacks is the hard boiled egg.  That sounds strange, right?  I thought so when someone suggested it to me.  However, since I was looking for a healthy, simple, easy protein snack. I tried it.  Just peel and bite into it like a candy bar.  ha!

I like snacking on hard boiled eggs because they are:

Tasty

7 grams of protein, 0 carbs

Easy to prepare

Easy to transport and store
