Are you tired of trying to figure things out on your own?

I’ll be your coach and create an exercise routine customized for you and your specific goals. Our first session will be to assess your current fitness level and discuss what you want to achieve through our training. Then, I’ll create a plan, and we’ll work together to get you results in the most efficient and effective way.

Sessions include flexibility, core, balance, agility, and resistance training. I’ll teach you correct form so you won’t get hurt and push you to do your best and get results.

Nutrition is a critical part of your success! I’ll help you change the way you view food and set in motion healthier habits that will be sustainable long-term.  My goal is to help you get healthy and stay healthy!

Once a Week

  • Four 60 minute one-on-one sessions per month
  • Food Journal Assessment

  • Mid week check-in

Twice a Week

  • Eight 60 minute one-on-one sessions per month
  • Food Journal Assessment
  • Exercises to do on your own
  • Unlimited support via text and email


Individual Accountability Coaching

Need help with goal setting, food choices, or following your exercise plan?

Having a coach to give you new ideas and hold you accountable for your actions can make a huge difference in your life! I’ll help you work through your challenges and support you on your journey to becoming a healthier you!

Once a week we will connect for 30 minutes via phone or in person. You’ll have access to me via text and email between sessions.


Online Group Accountability Coaching

Want to get healthy and fit from the privacy of your home?

Let me help you find a program and nutrition plan that will fit your schedule and workout preferences. You’ll be included in a private Facebook group with people just like you. We’ll support each other through the process of getting in shape and creating positive, healthy habits.
