The Snowed In Workout
If you live near Memphis, then you’ve probably been stuck inside for 3 days now. The streets have been icy and it’s been very cold outside!
All of my INSANITY classes have been canceled this week, so chances are you’ve had a hard time making it to a class or to the gym.
Don’t let that be an excuse to skip your workout!
You can workout with No Equipment in any space long enough for you to plank!!
Here’s a quick workout for you to do today!
- Warm up – High Knees, Butt Kickers, Windmill Arms, Jumping Jacks
- 20 Lunges / Jump Lunges
- 20 Push-ups
- 20 Squats
- 20 Birddog Planks (Lift your right arm straight forward and your left leg straight back, switch)
- 20 Sit-ups
- Cooldown – Stretch – Side Lunges, Quad Stretch, Hamstring Stretch, Chest Opener Stretch.
You can do this quick workout in 5 – 15 minutes. Repeat 3-5 times for maximum effect!
