Christmas Fitness Challenge – 5 Minutes, 5 Days

It’s a fun fitness challenge for Christmas!

Do these quick workouts with your family or on the go this holiday season!

Substitute moves or adjust intensity to fit your special needs.

I’d love to hear from you if you have fun completing this challenge!


Day 1: Try to Catch Rudolph

Turn on the song Run, Run Rudolph {here it is on YouTube} and do these moves!!

See how far you get through the list or if you are able to do multiple rounds!

At the end, wall sit or repeat the moves until you’ve completed 5 minutes!!

Have fun!!


Day 2: Appreciate the Grinch

Turn on the song You’re a Mean One, Mr Grinch {here it is on YouTube} and do these moves!!

See how far you get through the list or if you are able to do multiple rounds!

At the end, add power knees or repeat the moves until you’ve completed 5 minutes!!

Day 3: Play in the Snow with Elvis!

Turn on the song Winter Wonderland {here it is on YouTube} and do these moves!!

At the end, practice your tree pose or repeat the moves until you’ve completed 5 minutes!!

Have fun!!


Day 4: Burn those abs on the Christmas Tree Farm

Turn on the song Christmas Tree Farm {here it is on YouTube} and do these moves!!

At the end, repeat your favorite 3 moves until you’ve completed 5 minutes!!

Day 5: Total Body, Dance Party!

Turn on the song Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays {here it is on YouTube} and do these moves!!

You’ve already done these this week, so maybe you can do them faster or with more intensity this time! Note — Party Arms are always encouraged! See how far you get through the list or if you are able to do multiple rounds in 5 minutes!
