Finding Balance in Your Life

Have you ever felt like your life is OUT of balance?

I have!

Sometimes the cause of feeling “out of balance” was because I was ignoring certain areas of life, and other times it was because I didn’t have a clear idea of what “balance” looked like for ME.

Balance isn’t the same for everyone.

If you trust that YOUR version of balance is OKAY, then you’ll be a lot happier and able to really find the balance that works for you.

My friend Katie Carlson and I teamed up to talk about this topic and give you some tools to leverage your personal power and create a more balance – healthier and happier – life.
