How to Manage an Emotional Storm
I’ve been sending these 15th of the month emails all year 🎉 so I’m committed, and I don’t have anything to say today.
The last 10 days have been a rollercoaster. I was having coffee like any other day when I got some news that I wasn’t expecting – cue so many waves of emotion.
☔️ Sadness for a chapter coming to and end.
😻 Excitement to create something totally new.
🎡 Anxiety about the timeline and sheer number of tasks.
✨ Peace that everything happens for a good reason.
Rinse. Repeat. All at Once. Nothing at All.
I hope this makes you feel normal with whatever storm of emotions you might be going through.
Maybe it’s just because of Taylor’s new album, or maybe it’s real life stuff…
Either way – you’re never alone in this. I promise.
Reach out to a friend, a coach, a therapist, a stranger at a coffee bar.. say what’s true for you.
Trust yourself.
Choose your joy.
Well.. I didn’t think I had anything to say, but this is great advice – Self High Five 😹
This isn’t meant to be cryptic or alarm you – everything is going to work out – perhaps by June 15th I’ll have an exciting story to share – for now, thank you for all the good vibes and love from around the world 💖Lauren
