January 7th – I did something I havenโt done is over 5 years ๐ฒ and also in over a month ๐คฃโฃ

First workout of the year – kickboxing class with my fraaaand ๐ฏโโ๏ธโฃ
โฃโฃ
For the last year, I havenโt been into fitness.. yes, I teach a class sometimes, or go for walks, or do a home workoutโฆ but it all felt โmehโ ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธโฃ

So I remembered why I used to love fitness – when I was first starting, I was going to classes with friends. I was doing challenges like INSANITY and P90x with friends. I was doing Spartan races – with friends ๐โฃโฃ

So – Iโm back at least for 5 classes ๐๐ผ with friends! ๐ โฃ
โฃ
I really enjoyed being part of the class vs leading it for a change. ๐ฅ I enjoyed the feeling of progress to get the form right. ๐ช๐ผ I accepted the challenge to actually learn how to kick {it wasnโt pretty} ๐คฃโฃ
