You’ve heard 1000 times that water is important to your health, but do you know why or how much?

How Much?  Take your body weight in pounds and divide it by 2.  Drink that many ounces per day.  150lb/2=75oz

How can you implement this into your daily life?

Make a habit of drinking water instead of other beverages or track it!  For example, drink 4 bottles of water each day – 2 before lunch and 2 after lunch. You can’t eat lunch until you’ve had your water!
