The Most Important Question to Ask Yourself Today
I’ve been listening to a quick podcast every morning while I drink my shake and get ready for the day. I enjoy hearing something positive and thoughtful.
One thing that’s repeated every Friday on the show is the question, “How do you want to feel?”
As a person with LOTS of feelings, I love this question.
It’s EASY for me to answer. It’s not as hard to answer as what’s your favorite exercise or favorite food.
