One thing I learned from Tony Robbins this summer was how to PRIME your day for SUCCESS.

Here’s how you can prime your day for free, in less than 10 minutes:
Find a quiet spot or turn on this playlist.
1 : Breathe! 30 Kapalabhati Pranayama breaths concluded with a deep inhale followed by a deep exhale.
2 : Gratefulness! You cannot be fearful or angry when you’re grateful.
With your hand over your heart, think of 3 things you’re grateful for. Pick something small and something large. Visualize and feel your gratefulness.
3 : Outcomes! Focus your attention so you stay on track.
Envision 3 things that you want to happen today and see them as done. Visualize yourself celebrating the accomplishment. Feel the awesomeness!
Seal it with a power phase like “I got this!”
