As someone who built an identity and a career on health and fitness, itโs weird to admit that I havenโt been working out or following a fitness plan outside of daily walks. โฃ

On May 1st to make it soooo easy even lizard brain couldnโt stop me, I started this 15 minute habit – lift weights, total body, 15 minutes, no breaksโฆ done and done It worked great until I went to Mexico sure I could have figured it out there, but I didnโt โฃ

And now, Iโm back getting one green dot in a sea of grey – it only takes one moment to shift the game โฃ
