hush, little lizard brain

TLDR : You’re invited to my lizardšŸ¦Žworkshop šŸ˜¹ to learn my strategy for less mental drama and more inner p e a c eĀ

Some Backstory –

Remember the movie Inside Out?
Itā€™s SO good – definitely not just for kids!

I love the VISUAL representation of the ā€œvoices in your headā€ and for years Iā€™ve been creating my own versions for my own voices – I usually refer to it as šŸ¦Žlizard brainšŸ¦Ž

For me, creating images that are specific for certain šŸ¦Žvoices actually makes the voice quieter and sometimes even funny – instead of a big drama #mentalpeace šŸ§˜šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

I want to share my strategy with friends so I created a workshop – it’s chill, in a telegram thread – for the rest of April or so.

I will share how to put āœØ your best self āœØ in control of the conversation in an easy and fun way šŸŽ‰

Some things about šŸ¦Žlizard brainšŸ¦Ž

  • His favorite thing to do is point out whatā€™s wrong or what might go wrong
  • He gets louder when something is important or youā€™re about to make a big decision
  • Heā€™s always there, lingering in the background hoping youā€™ll let his voice win
  • He says things like ā€œyea.. thatā€™s a waste of time, donā€™t bother trying that..ā€

This voice is completely normal, and itā€™s not going away šŸ™€
Thanks for coming to my inspirational talk šŸ˜¹

Just kidding ā€”

Well kind ofā€¦

If itā€™s not going away, then let me share my strategy for making the voice quieter.

I’ll show you how I make it a game.

We will experiment with spotting the difference in the šŸ¦Žvoice and your intuition voice āœØ

Yes – I want access to the workshop – click here

This is part of my goal toĀ create one pretty + informative or fun email per month in 2023, so hereā€™s the catalog!
