Motivation to start living healthier : To be honest, my first motivation was my amazing Coach Lauren was too nice and I just couldn’t say “no” to her. So I decided to work out, but I didn’t believe that I will lose weight or will be in love with working out, I just wanted to get it done (21 days) then disappear from the group. {I love her honesty!}

What’s been easy along the way? : I don’t really know the easy part, but I always try my best.

What’s been the most difficult? : Plank or push-ups. I never finished 60 seconds plank or push-ups.

What are you most proud of? : Made workout as my daily habit. I’m getting all this energy from my workout, so I will try my best to workout everyday. One time I worked out at 12:30am!

How do you celebrate milestones? : Have some cheat meal like cake!

Favorite way to get fit : Anything using weights or resistance bands!

First word that comes to mind when I say Burpees : A month ago I believed that’s not for me, now I can actually do it for 30 seconds take a break then continue. {I looooooove this!}

Go to healthy meal : Anything from Fixate!

Favorite food you didn’t like before : Shakeology

Favorite “fun” food : Shakeology because I mix with all kind of crazy stuff like grapefruit and coffee. {so true!}

What makes you smile? : When I look at the mirror!

Being healthy is a journey – What’s next? : Keep up with my journey. More concentrate on healthy eating and hopefully see number 140 or any number lower than 150 on my scale. {you got this!!}
