Time is so wild lately ✨

Giant Rosè 🐈 and I have been spending the summer in Florida getting the house organized, being crafty {hello, friendship bracelets} and exploring new-to-me places around town.

and here we are at {almost} August and the 5th Anniversary of “Lauren Moves to Florida” which is really putting me in my feels! 😻

While some things haven’t been ideal, I always believe that little daily actions, especially inspired actions, will make a big difference in the trajectory of what’s next mentally and/or physically 🚀

So I am continuing to take my own advice and share it with my community as well.

Your actions matter. The little actions and the big actions. 

They all matter. YOU matter.
