Ever feel like you’re exercising  A LOT but aren’t seeing results?

What does that even mean?

When I started learning about nutrition, I found articles to support every style of eating.  Eat meat. Don’t eat meat. Fish is okay. Don’t eat anything that breathes. Don’t drink milk. Milk is the best. No carbs. Lots of carbs. Fats are good. Fats are bad.

ALL THE CONFLICTING OPINIONS, right?

So what do you do?  Start paying attention to how food makes you FEEL.  Not the emotional feelings, but the physical feelings. Do you feel energized when you eat certain foods? Do you feel bloated and tired when you eat certain foods?

It’s going to be different for everyone.

In 2011, I was feeling TIRED all the time. I was sleeping well but not feeling rested.  I needed something to change and I didn’t want it to be adding coffee or cokes to my morning routine.

Someone mentioned that Shakeology would give me energy.
