Why the Shakeology and this program?
Shakeology has been key for me to stay on track with nutrition. When I started exercising, I had no idea what to do for good nutrition. Shakeology gave me a natural energy and reduced my cravings for junk. I started paying attention to how food made me FEEL, and that’s when I started to change the way I ate. The portion-control plan that is with both of these programs is easy. It takes the guesswork and never ending decisions about food out of the equation!
The 21 Day Fix workouts are challenging, but they are very doable in 30 minutes. I’d love for you to feel the satisfaction that comes with trying something new and succeeding. When you push yourself outside of your comfort zone magic starts to happen.
