Want to eat healthy without spending hours in the kitchen?
Here are some simple “recipes” that will keep you on track with healthy eating. Do they even count as recipes since they are so simple?? If you’re creative in the kitchen, then spice it up as you see fit!
Breakfast: Egg Bake
12 eggs, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 can of diced tomatoes
Snack: Turkey Roll-ups
Natural deli turkey, cucumber sticks, mustard
Lunch: Lettuce Wraps
1lb ground chicken, 1 bag frozen stir fry veggies, 3Tbs hoisin sauce, bib lettuce
1lb ground turkey, 1-3 zucchini, 2-3 cups sauce (I used tomato paste and added water)
If you’re cooking for one, then batch cook and freeze meals for yourself. I like spontaneous lunches with friends, so I try to keep my groceries in the freezer so I don’t waste food.
