Good news – you can still have your favorite pasta dish, but replace the pasta with zucchini! Crazy talk!
Give it a try. You might realize that you don’t “love pasta”, but you actually looove red sauce. That was the case for me.
Spiralize zucchini. Toss it in boiling water for 10 seconds. Drain.
Add protein – chicken or ground turkey.
Add your favorite red sauce.
