What I Ate Wednesday #35 {New Salad!}



 

Happy Wednesday!  Next week, I promise to have something more exciting to show you.

Here’s what I ate {New Salad Topping!}:

Highlights:

1. I revived some old salad toppings for my lunch salads!  Black beans and corn add a Mexican flare to my usual tomato, cheese, and cucumber salad.
2. So, I might be falling for coffee. This particular morning, I was freeeeezing and coffee seemed like a good idea.  One thing I’ve noticed is I’m not as hungry after I drink coffee. Hmm
3. For dinner, I had a couple pieces of chicken, tomato, basil flatbread. It was pretty good!
