What I Ate Wednesday #32 {Chicken + Protein}



 

Happy Wednesday!  Here’s what I ate yesterday. It’s the first time in a while that I ate “at home” for an entire day!  As I compiled the photos, I realized that I had A LOT of protein and was pleased that I only had a couple snacks.  I’ll admit – there’s one Reese’s cup that isn’t pictured 🙂

Here’s what I ate {chicken + protein}:

Highlights:

1. That’s my 3rd cup of coffee. Ever.  I don’t drink coffee, yet I have been.  I’m not planning to get hooked, but it’s interesting that I’m entertaining it since I’ve always disliked coffee.
2. Snacking on hard boiled eggs still makes me laugh.  They are so EASY to prep once a week and take to work.  Just don’t leave one in your purse by accident!
3. Lunch at home was a salad with prepackaged salad mix from Lit.
4. For a late dinner, I had a protein shake with Warrior Blend Powder and cottage cheese.  Yes, it sounds strange, but it makes the shake MUCH creamier and doesn’t add much flavor. Try it!
