What I Ate Wednesday #24 {Protein}


 

Happy Wednesday!  Have you seen this video? Take a moment to watch and laugh.

 

Today, I committed to eating clean and not eating desserts. That means I ate a lot of protein and veggies.  Good thing I actually LIKE and CRAVE those foods.

Here’s what I ate {on eat clean day}:

Highlights:

1. Prepped food is your friend!  My chicken snack and chicken dinner took 2 minutes to reheat and eat because I took 30 minutes on Sunday to prepare it.
2. I consumed a variety of protein sources: whey, chicken, fish, and plant (Brussels sprouts, cranberry, pea, hemp).
3. A late night vanilla protein shake cured my sweet tooth long enough for me to go to bed!  Success!
